Is Wellness Palace a women-only spa?
Yes. Wellness Palace is a women-only spa, so every guest and every therapist is a woman. You can relax in complete privacy.
Where is Wellness Palace located?
We are in Almazah, Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Cairo. You can open our exact location on Google Maps from the contact page.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Is there parking near the spa?
Yes, free street parking is usually available near the spa.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. We have a supervised kids' play area, free for our guests, so mothers can enjoy their treatment while their children play nearby. Message us on WhatsApp if you would like to know more before your visit.

How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way is WhatsApp: send us the service, day and time you prefer and we will confirm your booking. You can also use the booking page or call us.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, but we recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends, before holidays and for bridal services.
Is a deposit required?
Some services, such as bridal services and spa packages, need a deposit to confirm the booking. If you need to reschedule, please let us know in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and debit or credit cards.

Baths, Massage, Bridal, Laser & Lashes
What is included in the Moroccan bath?
Our Moroccan bath includes warm steam, traditional Moroccan black soap, a full-body exfoliation with a kessa glove and a nourishing mask. A session takes about 60 minutes. We also offer the Royal, Aker Fassi, milk and honey and Turkish baths.
Do you offer bridal packages?
Yes. Our bridal package is a pre-wedding pampering visit of about three hours covering body, face and nails, and we also offer a bridal facial. Most brides book two to three days before the wedding.
Can I book a spa day with my friends?
Yes. Our friends packages are designed for groups, and they are a popular choice for bridal showers and birthdays. Message us on WhatsApp to plan your visit.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Laser works over a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, because hair grows in cycles. The number depends on your skin and hair type, so our specialist will check them and give you a plan at your first visit.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Lash extensions shed naturally with your own lashes, so we recommend a refill every two to three weeks to keep them full. We offer classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, as well as lash lifting.
Can I visit the spa while pregnant?
Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant or have any health condition. Some treatments, such as hot stones, certain massages and laser, may not be suitable, and we will help you choose a safe option. When in doubt, check with your doctor first.
